Introduction

An Area Manager ("AM") is someone who is interested in earning more revenue from higher commission rate, sponsoring Digital Media Consultants in his/her territory and customizing eye-catching players from templates that we provide. Achieve territory objectives through selling activities including close involvement with key decision makers, product services, evaluations and consistent follow-up and overall support. Identify potential accounts within the assigned territory and develop and implement sales strategies with the Digital Media Consultants in his/her area(s).


The Compensation

1) Every new AM will receive 35% commission from the first two sales (any Xtream Studio product / service) and 25% commission from every sale thereafter.
2) Every AM will earn 7% commission from the sale of all Down line Affiliates in his/her Down line Organization.
3) Every time a personally-sponsored down line Affiliate purchases the optional Personal Marketing Kit, the AM earns 40% from that sale. However, when a company-assigned Affiliate purchases the optional Personal Marketing Kit, the AM only earns 20% from the purchase.
4) There is also monthly and yearly performance bonus that includes a trip-for-two to Hawaii with $1000 spending money, 42” plasma TV and many, many more.


The Advantages

1) An AM enjoys higher commission rate- 25% as supposed to the 18% for a Digital Media Consultant.
2) Because the majority of your annual program fee goes toward marketing in your area, we will automatically place Digital Media Consultants whose residence is in your zip code under your guidance. In addition to earning performance-based overrides, you will also earn commission from the sale of the optional Personal Marketing Kit. Please see item #3 above under "The Compensation".


Duties

In addition to marketing the company products/services, an AM is also responsible to hold bi-weekly face-to-face meetings with each Digital Media Consultant in his/her territory at a venue of his/her choice. The purpose of the meetings is to provide an opportunity for relationship-building. The AM will record all activities during the meetings and submit them in his/her monthly report to the main office.

An AM is also required to conduct interviews for referral DMCs. Xtream Studio only want those who are dedicated, entrepreneur-spirited, business-minded and professional to join. It will be up to you to determine and qualify only those people who possess such traits and permit them to submit their application to join the company.


Program Fee

There is an one-time $1995 program fee to join the Affiliate Network as an Area Manager and an annual $395 renewal fee that will go toward both online and offline marketing efforts in your local area.
