Introduction

Being high energy, dependable, professional, and articulate are some of the traits of our digital media consultants. The primary responsibility of this individual is to develop the company's customer relationships with local small to mid-sized businesses. A Digital Media Consultant ('DMC') will present a wide variety of digital media solutions to those potential customers and sign them up as clients. Every new DMC will receive a comprehensive training manual that will turn them into streaming media experts of his/her local community.


The Commission Structure

Every new Digital Media Consultant will receive 25% commission from the first two sales and 18% commission from every sale thereafter. There is also end-of-year performance bonus that includes a 42” plasma TV, trip-for-two to Hawaii with $500 spending money, and many, many more!


Position Upgrade

A Digital Media Consultant can upgrade and become an Area Manager at anytime. The additional cost will be $1300 for software, training materials and marketing materials.


Program Fee

There is an one-time $695 to join the Affiliate Network as a Digital Media Consultant and an annual $195 renewal fee thereafter.

DMC- Personal Marketing Kit (Optional)

Consider the Personal Marketing Kit- an Xtream Player customized specifically with your marketing success in mind. Valued at $975 market price, which includes an up-to-5-minute video with 500 monthly views for as long as your remain with the company, it is yours for only $300.The PMK is required at the time to sign up, and it is included on your DMC fee.



Referrals

Although Xtream Studio is NOT a network marketing company, we do encourage our affiliates to share their success stories with others and if they are just as motivated as the affiliates, invite them to join the company. All referral must be approved by the Area Manager in the zip code. In the absence of an Area Manager, the referral must be approved by the company via a brief telephone interview.

Every time a person you refer joins the company and purchases the optional Personal Marketing Kit to enhance their marketing image, it will count toward your monthly sales volume.
